Many bays to use, great place. Had an issue with one of the machines, but the owner reached out to reimburse for it. Overall very honest business and super accessible carwash!

They steal the money it's only let you wash the car for 2 minutes and it's finished had to put more money again almost 18 dls. I ask a man there he told me we'll it finish put more more money 😠 I've been other car washes never had to waste that much to wash a car the minimum 8dls.

We went to give a dog a bath and noticed this spot is in desperate need of maintenance. It reeks of mildew and the A/C no longer works. There also needs to be a note or something notifying potential customers that the card reader doesn’t work and the machine only accepts cash. We wasted half an hour of our time waiting in line just to find out that it’s now cash only. Edit: We tried 2 cards and Apple Pay. All 4 times the reader said Cash Only. Should be fixed for the convenience of your clientele. Maybe it’ll help get you up to at least 4 stars.

Pros: Good for when weather is cold/bad and can't bathe dogs at home outside or for people who can't bathe dogs inside their home. No delay when change from shampoo to rinse etc. Water and blower air warm. Space is clean. Owner was nice. You can also wash your vehicle there in the open bays. Cons: The debit/credit card machine sucks, wasn't working. I put 2 $10 cash bills and only got 13 minutes to start. No change given, but $20 for 13 minutes was not expected. Machine states $15 to start, it ate my other $5 and added time by putting a couple more dollar bills in machine. Overall: it's a cool idea and needed for el paso. Perfect for those can't wash their dogs at home or for when groomer won't accept a mean dog. Remember to use the last 60 seconds to rinse disinfect the tub. Owner was onsite and will check. At least I mentioned the card machine wasn't working. Make sure to have three $5 bills and the rest of your choosing in single dollar bills. Ps...take a towel to dry your dog. Try it out. Support this local business and wash your dog. Referred by Lili at Dogs on the Run groomer on Trawood. She groomed and bathed my white dog. Black dog was feisty and i didnt want h

Update: card reader doesn’t work. Only accepts $5 or 10 bills? Won’t be going back. UPDATE: Where is the instructions to add more time? I went back and it was the same. I used the dog was this week but was surprised it was $15 dollars for 10 minutes to do everything. Wash, condition AND dry and sanitize the station? I have an Aussie and this was NOT enough time. I have to pay $15 for more time? There should be extra blow dry time for $2 or something. The facility is as super clean and cute but I don’t know if it works for me because my dog was still wet at the end. And I didn’t have time to sanitize and felt bad.
